I have roaming charges of $30.40 on my bill but I’ve not left the country and it was from a local number. I also have roaming disabled on my phone. Please help

We have looked into it and we can confirm the charges were removed when we replied to your previous post
The charge still appears on the bill, however, the amount due has already been adjusted. You can check the updated balanced due in self serve
