I was in Italy for 3 weeks, using a data eSIM from Airalo the entire time. For some reason I see multiple activations of roam like home and no actual usage (as I said I was using an eSIM the entire time). Please reverse these charges as I did not actually do any roaming and have no idea why they are appearing.

We have looked into it and we see that there was usage for a voicemail on one day, for an outgoing text in another day and for an incoming calls in the other day.

We recommend checking the usage section in self serve and on the bill for more details.

I did not call my voicemail. I’m not sure if maybe my iPhone does something to interact with my voicemail on its own? I think you can see that I didn’t not actually use the phone no? The duration on everything is 1 minute.

I have been trying to schedule a call back but the assistant keeps sending me to places like this or Facebook which I do not use. Does Koodo not have a number I can just call?


A call-back can be scheduled through the Koodo Assist, instead of the reason, you can just type in: Speak with a representative . It would give you the option to set the callback.
