I received roaming charges on my bills even though I have never left the country. I need this issue fixed.

We have checked the last bill and we were unable to identify roaming charges on the bill. The overages we can see are for texts sent to US/ International numbers. We recommend checking the PDF bill and the usage section in self serve for more details.
