We verified the March invoice and found that the charges were for the dates of February 13, 18, 19 and 20 at $16 per day for a total of $64. The invoice also contains the rate plan charges which will bring the cost to the total mentioned above. You check the detailed view of the invoice when you download it as PDF. 

Can you share more details on what you are disputing ? 

hey i took a look. 18,19,20 i guess must be correct but i definitely did not have my roaming on on Feb 13th i am certain that is a mistake. is there any way to fix that?

also question about data roaming. i am going to europe for 21 days and was going to buy the 30 day roaming option for $60. does that include unlimited SMS texts and calls BACK to Canada if thats wwhatts in my plan? does it include calls within europe? does it include the data i have in my plan. when i am messaging people on my phone will anything show differently or will it be my regular number?

Got it. On February 13’th the fee was activated by sent text messages while roaming. The roaming option Cellular/Data roaming only stops the mobile data usage, it does not affect other services like airtime and calling. 

In regards to the travel pass, your rate plan will become available to use in the country that you are traveling in, this includes airtime, text and mobile data. Calls and texts from the respective country to the same country that you are in and also to Canada are included. Calls or texts from the respective country to another country (other than Canada) will be charged at a pay per use rate and it is not covered in the Travel pass since it is considered long distance.

Calling or texting will show your phone number.
