Hi,

 

I was charged for roaming charges one day last month but didn’t use my phone overseas. Please help me resolve this.

We have looked into it and we can see based on the usage that there is a call which tirggered the roaming charge, we recommend checking the PDF bill in self serve and the usage on your phone.

But I didn’t make a call. It shows a call was made from my number to my own number which doesn’t make sense.
