Hi,

I received roaming charges but my roaming was purposefully set to off. Can you help me here. I did everything I the was suppose to

Hi ​@Steven, we have looked into the charge you mentioned and it was triggered by outgoing SMS while roaming. For more details, please check the usage section in your self serve.

The charges are valid, but if you would like to dispute them further you can schedule a call-back through the Koodo Assist or send us a private message on social media via Facebook or Instagram.
