I have posted on here about my accidental roaming, told I would be credited both times and have not seen the credits for the last 4 months?  And I keep getting charged when we never leave the country!!  How can O get them credited like I have been told I would?

We can see that you reached out on the 17’th of August and in past instances. The Easy Roam fees were already confirmed as accidental and a credit was already applied for the June and August invoices. You would see the difference by comparing amount due on the August bill and the latest payment. The last payment made was without the roaming fees, since they were already credited. 

 

Sometimes the device is going to catch the network on the other side.

It's a world-wide situation, since the device settings are set to automatically search for the strongest signal.

You can change that in the settings of the device and set it to Manual Network Selection, after it's done searching, you select Koodo and it stays connected to Koodo, even near the border.

It is still on my currant bill? Will it not be charged when it comes out of my account? Also wondering why my monthly rate went up and if there is a is add on so I dont need to message every month

The last payment that came out didn’t include the roaming charges that were removed. You can compare the original amount due on the PDF bill page 1 with the payment on your credit card.
