I was charged for roaming on April 19 even though I did not leave the country. I live in a border town and as soon as I saw the message turned my phone on airplane mode. I would like the charge removed from my account please. 

Hi ​@Ahig, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
