I was in Presquile provincial park last weekend and got a text about US roaming but was in Ontario and never left Ontario. I called customer service and Francsico  explained  and he said that  he will remove it and will not show in billing. I got the billing  today and both my phone and my aunt had same US roaming charge at $14 each on my account. Can you remove the total $28 US roaming charges?

We’re sorry to hear about that, we’ve checked the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
