While I was traveling, I used a UK phone card and did not make or answer any calls using my Koodo SIM. However, I received a scam call from Canada, which I did not answer, yet I was still charged for Easy Roam.
This charge is unfair, as:
- I did not opt in to use Easy Roam intentionally.
- I did not answer or initiate any calls, send texts, or use mobile data.
- The call in question was spam/scam-related.
- I was using a UK SIM for communication, not my Koodo number.
I respectfully request that you please review my usage records and refund or waive this roaming charge. If necessary, please escalate this to your billing dispute resolution team.
