I never left Canada and was wrongly charged for roaming in my last bill. I have gone to Victoria, BC, Canada this month but never the states. Can I please be refunded/given a credit for those charges? Thanks, Morgan

We have looked into it and the usage details indicates the phone was connected only to US towers the when the roaming fees were triggered, please check the PDF bill and the usage section on self serve for more details.
