I'm inquiring following the last inquiry.

 I used Korean eSIM that time, but I also got a call from Canada eSIM Card. I checked and found that I received a call from TELUS. I changed the option to Korean Sim, so I didn't think the fare would go out. (Even when I was in Canada, I usually set calls SIM with a Korean eSIM option, so there is no doubt.) I think it's because my cell phone is a dual SIM model, can't I block roaming at all? Because I don't want to have this bad experience next time.  For your information, both Korea and Canada are eSIM, so it cannot be removed.Thanks.

Roaming charges - without leaving country & roaming off

There is a $14.00 charge on my bill for easy roaming (usage 1 minute) even though I’ve never left Canada. Just live close to the boarder. My cellular data roaming is turn off, and never had accidental charges with these settings with my previous supplier.  please correct the bill.

I was in Niagara Falls for a couple of days, January 3 - 4. Went to Buffalo to renew a travel Visa, had my phone on airplane mode. Still got charged for roaming. Thinking this happened just before I went into the US or after I crossed back into Canada and took my phone off airplane mode. Please remove charge

Roaming charge mistake

Hello Koodo Team,I have cancelled my monthly plan with Koodo because I moved back to Germany. I never used roaming after leaving Canada and turned my data off but still received a bill with roaming charges over 80$. I did not use any data in the time frame that I was charged for. Please correct this error. Thank you.

Hi, I live in Langford, BC, which is near the US. I was taking kids to the beach and got a roaming charge text and then charged on my bill. Please remove this charge. I believe I have been charged multiple times before; I just didn’t notice. Please remove all incorrect international roaming charges.Thank you

Hi, I live in Victoria BC, which is near the US. I was sitting on the beach and got a roaming charge text, and then charged on my bill. Please remove this charge and let me know how to prevent that from happening again. I realize I have probably been unfairly charged roaming before and never caught it. Hi, I'd like to inquire about the roaming fee claim. I checked the invoice last month, and there was an roaming feeI have never used roaming. So I hope to correct the rate. And if there is a way to block roaming service, I want to block it. Because I don't want to waste time with such a wrong rate. I always use local USIM or eSIM when traveling, so I don't need roaming.Thank you.

Hello Koodo team, I live near a USA boarder. On December 23rd I was charged $14 for easy roam. I did not leave Canada. Please remove. Easy Roam should only charge me when I activate it and then turn off at midnight that night as your website suggests. This is my third time being charged when I did not activate Easy Roam, come on!  Thank you,Loyal but annoyed customer

I did not leave Canada,  On Vancouver Island and went for a hike.  Please reverse the charge.  Thais has happened before and you need to fix problem.
