You can start the process of putting your phone on hold via Self Serve. On the “Mobile services” page, select Pause my plan temporarily.

As you don’t have a phone tab, you can generally activate the Seasonal Hold from your online self serve. However, the Seasonal Hold can only be activated once in a 12-month period, you should be able to activate it again after August 14.
