Hi,

Can you put the 1 Sim card under my account on hold from now till December 31, 2025. I won't be using the Sim card until then since I am away from Canada during this period, and I don’t want to be charged for $79/month when I do not use the service at all.

You can change to Seasonal Hold at any time in the Self Serve account. Keep in mind that it will change with immediate effect.
