When cancelling your account, the remaining tab and tab bonus will be charged on the final bill.

This also happens if you transfer your number from postpaid to prepaid.

To keep your number, you can activate the seasonal hold. We can assist with that if you decide to get the seasonal hold, please let us know.

So you don’t offer a FREE service to HOLD/PARK a number?

At the moment, there isn't an option to hold your number free of charge. 

If you decide to go with the seasonal hold plan $30, please let us know and we can help.
