Hi. The Seasonal Hold plan was active for my line at May 6th, which the monthly charges should be $15. But for the bill cycle May 06 - Jun 05 I was charged for the original plan, which was $32.48.
Can someone help me deal with that?
Also could you please help me to cancel my account? I do not want hold my line anymore. Thanks.

Hi ​@leiyang.jdly, your bill cycle ended May 5 and the Seasonal Hold was activated May 6, after the May 5 bill was already generated. You will receive a refund for the price difference on your next bill.
