Unfortunately, an account or number cannot be paused for unlimited time. We would recommend our Seasonal Hold where you can pause the services and maintain your number for a maximum of 6 months at a $15 monthly charge if you do not have a TAB balance or $30 per month if you have an ongoing TAB balance on the numbers in question. We will include our help page that goes into more details. If you want to switch to Seasonal Hold and you do not have an ongoing TAB balance, you can make the change in the Self Serve account. 

If you want to suspend one or more numbers, you can also do that. It will stop the services (Airtime, SMS and data) however, the normal monthly charges will continue as normal. For this one, you would have to schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist and an agent will help you as soon as possible.
