I am writing to formally request a seasonal hold on my account. I had previously called to ask for a vacation disconnect, but I have noticed that I was still billed for the full month, even though the account has not been in use since August 7.

I kindly ask for a call back regarding this matter. In addition, I would like my account to be placed on a temporary seasonal hold until my return to Canada. Since I was unaware of this service, I respectfully request that the unused portion of my monthly fee and the roaming charges be adjusted on my bill.

We have looked into it and we see the line is currently on suspensions status.
