I previously switched to a Seasonal Hold Plan, but had to resume my service temporarily to receive verification texts from CRA.
I’ll be outside of Canada for the next 6 months and won’t be using my Canadian phone number during this time. I’d like to switch back to the Seasonal Hold Plan to keep my number active with the lowest possible fee. But this time I can’t do this by myself.
Could you please help me make this change? I understand that I’ll still be responsible for any remaining Tab payments, if applicable.
