Hi there,

I previously switched to a Seasonal Hold Plan, but had to resume my service temporarily to receive verification texts from CRA.

I’ll be outside of Canada for the next 6 months and won’t be using my Canadian phone number during this time. I’d like to switch back to the Seasonal Hold Plan to keep my number active with the lowest possible fee. But this time I can’t do this by myself.

Could you please help me make this change? I understand that I’ll still be responsible for any remaining Tab payments, if applicable.

I’d like the plan to take effect as soon as possible. Let me know if you need any further details.

Hi ​@Yifei, please log out of the Community and log back in, using your Self Serve account credentials as shown in the picture below. We will gladly check if the Seasonal Hold can be activated but we have no access to your account without authentication.

I’ve tried several times before to login with self serve account, but everytime it said the serve is unavailable right now (as you can see in the picture below)

 

Can you help me to fix this ? Thank you so much for your help.
