How can I temporarily suspend my account when I am outside the country?

Note that seasonal hold costs $15 per month and when come back, you have to select an in-market plan available at the time.

 

You can start the process of putting your phone on hold via Self Serve. On the “Mobile services” page, select Pause my plan temporarily.

Important: If you have a Tab or recently paid it off, you'll be directed to chat with one of our reps, who will help direct you.

Hi ​@koocus, please check this link to make sure that you agree to the conditions and meet the eligibility requirements for the Seasonal Hold plan. The Hold is $30/month as you have an ongoing phone Tab.

Your services will be unavailable while it is active so if you use your number for any 2-factor verification codes you may want to change the contact number before activating the Seasonal Hold.

You will also need to select an in-market rate plan when you return, so your current rate plan might not be available. Your auto-pay discount will also not apply while the Seasonal Hold is active and may not be available upon your return.
