My husband and I (both on my account) have accidental roaming charges on Aug 2. Please reverse. 

Hi ​@Alli2000, we’ve checked the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.

The credit was added last time you posted. As the payment for the bill has already processed, you can check the total paid versus the total when the August bill originally came out, a $31.64 difference reflecting the credit applied.
