I'd love to get the roaming charges removed from my latest bill. At no point did I authorize roaming, nor did I use it. Would also love it if the way to get charges removed wasn't through a semi-public forum. 

Hi ​@HatesMakingAccounts, we have looked into the charge you mentioned and it was triggered by outgoing SMS while roaming. For more details, please check the usage section in your self serve.
