Hello, I was charged roaming but did not leave the country. Can the charges please be reversed? Thanks

We have looked into it and according to the usage details, there was no Canadian usage the day the roaming charge was incurred.

If you would like to dispute the charge further, please schedule a call back with the virtual assist or you can message us on Social media

Hello, I was in point no point resort in Shirley BC. I had no service there at this time, and was there for 2 nights. I often am charged roaming when living my life on Vancouver island. Please do not penalize Vancouver island residents for Telus not having proper coverage. My partner on Rogers never has issues. I refuse to enter the USA due to the current political climate, there is no way I was actually roaming. Please reverse the charge.
