USA roaming charges - while ONLY in Canada

Hello KoodoLastest bill shows roaming charges through the USA -  while I never left Canada. Phone is set/locked to Koodo only, roaming is off since I have no use (nor afford). This is completely due to the fact that I am on the Canada/USA boarder.   As always, I'll post this request for assistance here since normally I call.  But, as always, I'm completely hopeful that this will be easily corrected by Koodo. Please advise . Thank you, Wuggz P.s.  Koodo reps are always the best.
