I have an Easy Roam charge on my last bill even though I was still in Canada.  I live in a border city and I think this has happened before as well.  I need the charge removed and would like to know how to avoid it happening in the future.

I have accidental roaming charges on my account from August. The US towers connected from Washington State.

Accidental roaming charges

Accidental roaming charges applied to account while still traveling in Canada along Lake Superior. Please fix this roaming charge and return my 14 dollars. Also please look into fixing the proximity problems that Canadian users are facing. Thank you.
