I am looking for a $14.00 refund for roaming June 1 when I never left Canada and it has taken 45 minutes to get it done on your web site!

Was on shores of Lake Erie in Canada and was charged 14.00 on 2 phones on my account I never left Canada could I plz have these reversed

We live in Victoria BC so a little close to the US border and we're charged roaming fees though we have not left our home city. I would also like this removed off my bill please. The advice to not make calls while in your home town isn't acceptable if Koodo operates/offers services in your home town. I'm not even that close to the border to be honest. Frustrating

3 charges on two lines. Usually they have set as no data roaming nut maybe just back from travel they didn't switch. Pls reverse the 3 charges as they were in Canada the whole time.

ROAMING CHARGES

I, just like all canadians, live close to the US boarder and i have been charged incredible amounts for roaming. I have never left canada. I dont have a passport or the ability to leave canada. i would very much like these charges reversed, if they are not reveresed I will be changing cellular providers.

Incorrect roaming charge

Hello I have received an incorrect roaming charge when I was flying (I guess too close to the US) but never went to the US. Please remove it from my latest bill.

I received at least one incorrect roaming charge while visiting my partner who lives in the same city as me in Canada saying I travelled to the US which I havent done in over 10 years. I am not close to the border either
