Erroneously charged for roaming

Traveled from AB to BC, charged for US roaming on last bill....this is the second time. I just now read about turning off roaming whilst in Canada, which I will do. But wondering why when this happened last time the Koodo rep did not tell me this AND when I called after i recieved the notification this past time, I was told to call if charges show up on bill....please, train customer service on this, send a memo or something, looks like a common issue folks are having.

Re: September  3,4,5Fort Erie, OntarioI spoke with a Koodo rep while in Fort Erie, Ontario who said they would take the charges off but my bill still reflects 3 days of roaming charges. $42 Each family member on vacation had to call to get the charges reversed. Why are charges STILL on my bill?I would like this corrected ASAP.

I was charged the roaming fee October 14th but I was not outside of Canada. I do live near the border, however I did not even travel close to the border that day.

1 of my lines was charged a $14 roaming fee Aug 31st and another line charged $14 roaming fee on Nov 2nd but we were not in the US, we live in New Brunswick close to the US border . Please remove these charges from my bill

I have been charged for the last two months for Easy Roam. The reason I believe is because I was in Sault st Marie Ontario and close to the American border. Though I never left the country. Could I be refunded for these charges?

On Saturday October 19th I was charged for roaming and I never left the country.  I live in the Niagara region and was walking the niagara parkway that day.  I would like to speak to a Koodo representative about removing this charge.  Please advise. Thankyou,Chris

Extra Charges for September 2024 billing. Easy Roam Charge

I was charged for US roaming with $14 Easy Roam on my September 2024 bill for my cell phone. I was in Niagara Falls but never left Canada. I never entered the USA. The charges are a mistake and should be removed and credited to my account. Please fix this error and refund $14.00 plus tax. Thank you.
