110 dollar bill due to roaming charges

I fly a lot from Vancouver to Toronto. Even though my phone roaming is completely off I got a huge bill of 109 dollars for roaming I did not even use

Hello,I was near the Canada-US border and was charged for data roaming. I did not realize until I received SMS notification of data roaming being activated. It was on for only about 5 minutes as I turned off data roaming on my phone after being notified by SMS. As I was not using my phone at the time, there should be no calls/texts made and no data usage (or very limited due to apps in the background).

Hi,Unfortunately, the incorrect perk has been added to my account.I would like to change my “international sms” perk to “unlimited long distance call pack” perk but it is asking to add extra $10 per month. I do not have the option to change the perk, but only the option to add additional. Could someone help me just change my perk to “unlimited long distance call pack” without having to pay extra for the perk?Thank you

False Easy Roam Charge

Received notification of an Easy Roam charge on Wednesday 16 April 2025. I never left Canada. I was at a luncheon, though, across the Detroit River in Canada. Would like to have this “charge of $14” removed from my monthly bill. Can you help? Thank you, Patrick
