Please remove the roaming charge on my May bill as I never entered the States, I was on Vancouver Island.  When I received the notification on my phone, I turned it on Airplane mode right away.  Thank you.  Valerie

Seasonal Hold Plan Activated, But Still Being Charged for Original Plan

Hi. The Seasonal Hold plan was active for my line at May 6th, which the monthly charges should be $15. But for the bill cycle May 06 - Jun 05 I was charged for the original plan, which was $32.48.Can someone help me deal with that?Also could you please help me to cancel my account? I do not want hold my line anymore. Thanks.

romaing charges when i didnt leave canada

I was charged for roaming on April 19 even though I did not leave the country. I live in a border town and as soon as I saw the message turned my phone on airplane mode. I would like the charge removed from my account please.

roaming charges in error

I was near the border but did not cross into the US. Please remove these charges from my bill. Also, please whoever is in charge of Koodo you need to know this is the stupidest customer service system I have ever seen. I just want to call and talk to someone. Please let me just talk to a nice person.

Accidental roaming charges (again!)

I have once again been billed $14 for roaming, but have never left the country. The charge apparently occurred on Apr 20. Can you reverse the charge please?  I have reviewed all my settings and have not had any other issues since then, and I’m only going to be here another 5 days or so, so hopefully this is the last time. Thanks!
