I was charged for  roaming but never went outside of Canada.  I was fishing off the coast of Prince Rupert, BC always within Canadian waters. how can I get this charge reversed?

I used easy roam while travelling to Cancun and made sure not to use my plan until August 3rd shortly after midnight, but in my usage it shows that I used it at 11:30 pm, so I suspect something went wrong with the local time on my phone or that easy roam does not actually follow local time. I was charged for an extra day of roaming because of this.

Please remove the roaming charge off my bill. I haven’t left the country. I have been waiting for my call back call, it’s been an hour. I had spoke to two reps earlier this week and yet the roaming charge still went on my bill.
