Changing plan does not work

I tried switching to a plan that is $39 per month, but it takes me to confirm the plan at $44 per month (same as my current one). The plan that i saw for $39 per month is no longer showing since I confirmed the $44 per month.When I choose another plan showing for me at $40 per month, it takes me to confirm the plan at $45 per month.

Perk not changing

I had changed my plan last month, and chosen the unlimited long distance perk.When I checked on it a couple days ago (to confirm details for my long distance calls) it showed the perk I had with my old plan instead, speed boost.I have since tried to switch it over multiple times during the last 4 days. It always says it worked and an email will be send, but I never get an email, and when I check on my plan again, the perk has not been changed.Please switch it as soon as possible, Thanks so much

Pick a Perk error

Hi, my plan allows me to pick a perk but for some reason when I try to choose a perk I get an error message. Can someone assist me with this option. I have two phone numbers under my account, one account has it working properly but the other I get the error message. Thanks,

changing plan but can't do to "perk not working" error

I am wanting to change to the 65 dollar plan "Canada-US roaming with data, talk and texts/100 GB of Shock-Free Data at 5G speed" with the "roller over data" perk. I have tried many times to change my plan but continues to give me the perk error resulting in me not being able to change plan. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks-Loyal customer

Accidental Seasonal Hold

A few days ago I accidentally switched one of my numbers to Seasonal Hold. Within 3 minutes, I switched it back to a normal plan. Now I really do need Seasonal Hold for more than 4 months, but the account won’t let me do it because I accidentally “used up my allowance” of Seasonal Hold last week and it won’t renew until next April! Please switch my number over to Seasonal Hold now!!

Unable to self-serve change perk

I upgraded two lines on Saturday and the voicemail perk was not transferred with the new plan on one of the lines (6776).

Can't add my free perk

I recently bought a phone from Koodo and changed my account to enable automatic payment. I was offered a free perk with this option but have not been able to add it. Each time I try, there is no way to save the option I pick. My selection is Unlimited International SMS. Why can’t I save my selection?
