how can i get roaming charge removed?

I did not leave Canada but I was charged US roaming .  I need this charge removed.

Continued Error: "It looks like you cant choose a Perk right now"

I have been unable to add a perk since changing my plan, and keep getting an error when trying to select the perk on the website. I would like unlimited international sms. I would also appreciate the extra charges for international sms to be reversed since I had been unable to add the perk. Thanks in advance for your help!

can’t choose my perk

I’ve just changed my plan a few days ago and I’m supposed to be able to choose a perk but I can’t!! I want the “free international SSM/MSM”Why can’t I do this?

Can't change my perk

I have two phone numbers on my account, I want both to have the perk - rollover data.  Only one phone number was selected to have this option.  I want the other phone number to have this option and I can’t make this change online.  I set up a callback, which I did receive, I pressed “1” to speak to an agent and all I got was deadair.  Not happy.  I want to change the perk on one of my numbers to rollover data.

Can’t pick perk

For the last several weeks I have been running into this error when trying to change my plan from Self Serve. I was finally able to change my plan by NOT choosing a perk, but I would still like to have the option to choose one (rollover data, premium voicemail, etc.) , given that it has been offered to me. I have tried using different devices and using a private browser, which made no difference.The last error code I received: Transaction ID here: U1730164434461I67081

Switched plans, selected perk, says "no perk selected"

I just switched plans, selected the International SMS/MMS perk, and when I completed the switch and got to the confirmation screen, it said “no perk selected.” Can you please add the International SMS/MMS perk to my plan. Thanks!

I’m also unable to add my free perk which is the “Unlimited International SMS & MMS”.  A message says:  “It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now. Try again in an hour.”  and continues to say the same thing.  Any assistance to solve my problem would be appreciated.  Thank you!

I recently accepted a special offer to get a new plan.  When I log into Self Serve, I get prompted to pick my Perk. When I try to submit the change, it tells me "No Perk Selected", even though I had clearly checked the box besides Unlimited International Messaging. I would like assistance with this from Koodo as I believe the problem is on your end.

I recently accepted a special offer to get a new phone and plan.  When I log into Self Serve, I get prompted to pick my Perk (and I was told that one did come with that plan).  When I try to submit the changes, it tells me "No Perk Selected", even though I had clearly checked the box beside Unlimited Long Distance Pack. I would like assistance with this from Koodo as I believe the problem is on your end.  I have tried selecting a different perk just to see if that would reset it but that doesn’t work either.  I have changed the plan on both phones on this account and need the perk applied to both new plans.  Koodo - please contact me.

Data plan does not work after changing from Telus to Koodo

Hello,We ported the cell phone service from Telus to Koodo.Data plan on one of my lines does not work. I am able to make calls but internet does not connect to Koodo network even since I changed from Telus to Koodo.Please help me.

August 19, 2024 outage

There was a Koodo outage in BC on August 19, 2024--could not make or receive calls.  I received a text message 2 days later saying there will be a $5.00 credit on next bill which did not appear.  When should customers receive this credit?

Hi ! i hope your are doing well. i just received a notification now mentioning that I have to pay a bill. But I’m not in the country since the last month and I went back to my country.
