Once again I've been charged for roaming. Never left Canada. I live near the border. My phone roaming is turned off yet I am still charged most months. Please deactivate this feature. I will never roam and use roaming in the states if I ever choose to go there. Please refund the charges.

I was recently charged 42$ for roaming but I never left the country. These charges are false and need to be removed. This whole situation is very frustrating and I'm on the verge of cancelling my Koodo account and service. Please call me back so I can talk to a live rep. No more digital reps.karim

Easy Roam charge

I was charged an "Easy Roam" fee on my bill but I never left Canada. My roaming setting was also off. I simply visited my parents and it probably went of a US tower due to its proximity to the border. Can you please credit this this fee? Appreciate your time and effort. Thanks

I was in the USA but had my roaming off and got charged for a phone call I did not answer, I can see from my plan that to activate easy roam you need to call or answer a phone call but I did not answer it I let it ring. I can see from my phone history that it was a missed call but I was still charged the $14. Could this please be fixed and removed. Thank you

I have charged for easy roam. However i haven't used it. This is my first time traveling with koodo. I am highly disappointed. I had no issues with virgin for the last 5 years. I am going to change to virgin back if u are not willing to take off the roaming charges.

Please remove roaming charges and credit for past several bills. I have not left Canada. I also find it extremely disappointing and troubling for privacy reasons that we are required to post publicly in order to have our account rectified. Is this legal?
