My July Bill is a total of $74.45.  It is usually 55.95 but there are additional charges of 14.95 for roaming.

Wrongful Easy Roam Charge for Missed Scam Call – Requesting Refund

 While I was traveling, I used a UK phone card and did not make or answer any calls using my Koodo SIM. However, I received a scam call from Canada, which I did not answer, yet I was still charged for Easy Roam. This charge is unfair, as: I did not opt in to use Easy Roam intentionally. I did not answer or initiate any calls, send texts, or use mobile data. The call in question was spam/scam-related. I was using a UK SIM for communication, not my Koodo number.  I respectfully request that you please review my usage records and refund or waive this roaming charge. If necessary, please escalate this to your billing dispute resolution team.

I was charged roaming fees on a previous bill, but I was not in the US.  i had data roaming tuned off on my iPhone, so I’m not sure why I was getting these notifications and charges. would you be able to remove the charge and credit me if already paid? Thank you.

Hi , I am incorrectly charged for 1 day of roaming probably because I was in Niagara Falls Canada on June 14th and may be because it is closer to the US border. I got a message that roaming was enabled as well as I am charged on my bill. Can you please review it and revert the charges and I will can make the bill payment.

Incorrect Roaming Charge

I have always had the exact same monthly phone bill but I noticed that my bill this month was quite a bit higher. I looked into it and noticed an extra add on fee which I have never received before, and a roaming fee which stated that I travelled to the US. I don't live near the US boarder and have not travelled near the boarder in over a year so I am confused as to why I received this charge. This is clearly accidental and I would like to have both the add on charge and the roaming charge reversed.

Roaming charges added in error

I was in Italy for 3 weeks, using a data eSIM from Airalo the entire time. For some reason I see multiple activations of roam like home and no actual usage (as I said I was using an eSIM the entire time). Please reverse these charges as I did not actually do any roaming and have no idea why they are appearing.
