I keep getting charged roaming while I am working on Vancouver Island and I would like Koodo to please reverse the charges. I don’t see how making a post is helpful. It’s annoying.

I got charged for 7 different days of roaming charges on my bill in September when I was not in the U.S. I live in a border town and my job sometimes requires me to be all over the city. Usually I get a notification that I may be roaming when I get close to the border and have not had an issue with the billing. This adds up to $98 above and beyond my bill! Not happy! I need this money refunded.

Hello, three phones in my account were charged US roaming when we were in southern BC in August/Sept 2024. We were not in the US so I believe this is accidental roaming charges. Do you need further information?

Hi, I have been charged for Easy Roam yesterday (Nov 9, 2024) when I haven’t left Canada and I had "data roaming" turned off on my phone, and Koodo was selected as the manual network. I don't know how this roaming charge could have occurred. Please remove the charge and confirm when it has been removed. Thank you
